Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 379; 2015, No. 3, Art. 197, No. 7-9, Art. 697; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 266) following changes and amendments:

1. In the paragraph the second part 2 of Article 34 and part 9 of Article 60 of the word of Republic of Tajikistan and "agreements of the Republic of Tajikistan" respectively shall be replaced with words Tajikistan and "international treaties of Tajikistan".

2. Add Article 52 with part 3 following of content:

"3. About suspension and renewal of judicial session determination is accepted.".

3. Add Article 58 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"-names of the international treaties of Tajikistan which did not take legal effect which compliance of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan is checked;".

4. In paragraph one of part 2 of article 71 to replace figure "5" with figure "7".

5. Add Article 78 with part 3 following of content:

"3. The certificate of the judge of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan is signed by the Chairman of Majlisi milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
