Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 379; 2015, No. 3, Art. 197, No. 7-9, Art. 697; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 266) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- to consider the text of Article part 1 and to number;

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. The constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan performs the constitutional justice according to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, this constitutional Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".

2. Add Article 7 with part 3 following of content:

"3. The chairman and the vice-chairman are judges of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan and perform the powers according to the procedure, established by this constitutional Law and the Regulations of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

3. Add Article 8 with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4. The judge of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan shall observe the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, this constitutional Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, make use of the knowledge and experience for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it, to perform the powers at the professional level and to be worthy ranks of the judge of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan.
