According to the paragraph to the sixth part two of Article 28 of the Section V of the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National commission on valuable papers and to the stock market to the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for the reporting Central Securities Depository in the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 28, 2013 No. 894, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2013 for No. 975/23507, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in Item 1 "administrative" shall be replaced with words the word "and the list reporting";

add Item 2 after the paragraph of third with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"sanctions - the rationing arrangements enacted by certain Presidential decrees of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions";".
