About modification of Item 3.33 of the Section III of Provisions on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item of 1 part four of Article 12, 17, to article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED Article parts four:

1. Make changes to Item 3.33 of the Section III of Provisions on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 9, 2012 No. 16, of the paragraph one registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 for No. 1495/21807, by replacement with three paragraphs of the following content:

"3.33. Report on check:

it is constituted in paper or electronic form;

contains general conclusion about results performed, and also in case of need - recommendations and/or requirements to bank on elimination of violations in certain terms (time), other information.".

With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the fourth respectively paragraphs the fourth - the sixth.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
