About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" of January 12, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 19; 2011, No. 3, Art. 175; 2012, No. 8, Art. 831, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1003; 2015, No. 3, Art. 222; 2020, 1497-9, Art. 611) following changes and amendments:

1. Regarding the 4th Article 18 of the word and figure "the first, second, third and fifth paragraphs of part 4" to replace with the word and figure of "part 3".

2. In Article 48:

- regarding 2 words "once a year" shall be replaced with words "each three months";

- in part 8:

- third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-recognition of the pensioner by the missing person;";

- add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-recovery of health of face with disability confirmed with authorized state body of medico-social examination.".

3. Add Article 54 with parts 3 and 4 of the following content:

"3. The size of monthly accumulated portion of insurance pension is established by division of the pension capital created in special part of individual personal account of insured person, for the expected duration of payments, after retirement determined according to part 4 of article 22 of this Law.

4. The procedure of payments and payments from means of pension accruals to insured persons is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
