Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About scientific activities and the state scientific and technical policy" of March 18, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, Art. 219; 2018, No. 5, Art. 281; 2019, No. 7, Art. 469) following amendments:
1. The Law preamble after the word of "activities" to add with words ", its state supervision".
2. Add Article 1 with the paragraph the twelfth the following content:
"-authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education - the central executive body of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan realizing policy of the state supervision in the field of science and education according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
3. Add with article 4 (1) the following content:
"Article 4 (1). The state supervision in the field of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities
The state supervision in the field of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities provides activities of subjects of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities for fulfillment of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of ensuring single state policy. The state supervision in the field of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities is performed by authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education.".
4. Add with article 8 (1) the following content:
