About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About seismic safety"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About seismic safety" of May 30, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, 1495, h 1, the Art. 273) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 10:

- in paragraph one colon sign ":" replace with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with paragraphs the second and eighth the following content:

"-coordinates activities of other state bodies concerning seismic safety;";

"-develops scientific and technical programs for ensuring seismic safety;";

- the eleventh and twelfth to exclude paragraphs.

2. Add Article 11 with part 3 following of content:

"3. Authorized state body in the field of architecture and town planning:

- controls observance of town-planning regulations and rules, technical regulations of technological quality of construction works, construction materials and products, and also other regulatory legal acts about town planning;

- develops industry programs for seismic safety in construction;

- develops and applies regulations on seismic safety in the field of construction;

- will organize and controls development of seismic maps of settlements;

- performs other powers provided by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
