Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, 1497, Art. 532; 2014, No. 3, Art. 156; No. 7, h 2, Art. 422; 2016, No. 3, Art. 148, No. 7, Art. 624; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 581; 2018, No. 5, Art. 278; 2020, No. 12, Art. 912) following changes and amendments:
1. Add Article 1 with the paragraph the eighteenth the following content:
"-authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education - the central executive body of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan realizing policy of the state control in the field of science and education according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;";
2. Regarding 3rd Article 12 of the word "in the field of education and relevant state bodies" shall be replaced with words "on supervision in the field of science and education".
3. In part 19 of Article 16 and part 21 of Article 23 of the word "in the field of education" shall be replaced with words "on supervision in the field of science and education".
4. In Article 28:
- the second offer of part 1 to state in the following edition:
"The state control in the field of education is exercised by authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education.";
- state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. Control of observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of education is exercised in the form of scheduled, unscheduled, additional and repeated inspections.".
5. Add with article 28 (1) the following content:
