1. Bring in the State program "Infrastructure of check points on Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" for 2021-2025 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2020 No. 749, the following changes:
1.1. state Chapter 3 in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 3 FINANCIAL PROVISION OF THE STATE PROGRAM
Financing of complex of actions is performed at the expense of means of the republican budget, own means, means of loan of the European Investment Bank (further - EIB) according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2020 No. 119 "About approval and implementation of the international treaty", means of the international technical assistance. Amounts and sources of financing of complex of actions of the State program are specified in appendix 4.
It is supposed to direct 235 890 041 rubles to implementation of the State program, including in 2021 - 90 750 000 rubles, to 2022 - 88 698 883 rubles, 2023 - 58 656 922 rubles, 2024 - 48 000 000 rubles, 2025 - 31 446 249 rubles.
On financing sources money will be distributed as follows:
9 052 577, the 65th ruble - means of the republican budget within the State investing program;
70 847 422, the 35th ruble - own means;
65 100 000 rubles - means of loan of EIB;
90 890 041 rubles - means of the international technical assistance.
Financing of actions of the State program can annually be specified depending on:
forecast receipts of own means;
the work on search of donors and attraction of financial resources of the international technical assistance which is carried out by the State Customs Committee on implementation of the State program;
timeliness of receipt of borrowed funds.";
