Article 1. Add Article 68 of the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 4, Art. 5; 2011, No. 12, Art. 840; 2012, No. 7, Art. 719; 2013, No. 3, Art. 180; 2015, No. 11, Art. 954; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 277; 2018, No. 1, Art. 7, No. 7-8, Art. 523; 2019, No. 1, Art. 7; 2020, Art. "5. Circumstances which when making notarial actions are confirmed by the notary do not require proof if according to the procedure, stipulated in Article the 159th of this Code, it is not refused authenticity of notarially certified document or if the notarial act is not cancelled according to the procedure, established by the civil procedural legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
