About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on subordinated divisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of activities of state bodies of the executive authority, according to Articles 13, of 17, "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 22 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of rendering the narcological help to persons with mental and behavioural disturbances, owing to the use of psychoactive agents, in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 23, 2011 No. 582 the following changes:
1) in Item 3 of the word of "Public service of execution of punishments under the Government" shall be replaced with words "Services of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice";
2) in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of rendering the narcological help to persons with mental and behavioural disturbances, owing to the use of psychoactive agents, in organizations of the criminal executive system approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 2:
in paragraph one of subitem 1 of the word of "Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "Services of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic";
in paragraph three of subitem 1 of the word "Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - GSIN)" shall be replaced with words "Services of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - SIN)";
in the subitem 2 to replace abbreviation of "GSIN" with abbreviation of "SIN";
