About change of resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2013 No. 762 and of November 10, 2020 No. 352

Based on paragraphs of the fourteenth and twenty fourth of Article 26, of the paragraph of the fourth of Article 30 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in part one of subitem 21.2 of Item 21 of the Instruction on procedure for making by banks of purchase and sale, storage, the collection and transportation of gemstones approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2013 No. 762, of the word "according to appendix 38 to the Instruction on the organization of cash work in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations" shall be replaced with words "according to appendix 9 to the Instruction on the organization and implementation of the collection and transportation of values approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2020 No. 379";

1.2. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2020 No. 352 "About banking activities with precious metals and conditions of opening of accounts in precious metals":

to add preamble after words of "Article 26" with words ", the paragraph of the fourth of Article 30";

in Item 2:

in part one of the word "residents of the Republic of Belarus *" to replace with the word "residents *";

in the interlinear note "*" to replace the words "resident of the Republic of Belarus" and "article" respectively with the words "residents" and "subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of Article";
