ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMICS OF UKRAINE

About modification of Item 5 of the Procedure of control of observance of requirements of the legislation concerning issue of documents of allowing nature

According to article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity", to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:

1. In Item 5 of the Procedure of control of observance of requirements of the legislation concerning issue of documents of the allowing nature approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of March 24, 2017 No. 442, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 19, 2017 for No. 514/30382, the word of Ministry of Economic Development to replace with the word of Ministry of Economics.

2. To provide to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
