About modification of the Regulations on office of the private contractor

According to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About the bodies and persons performing forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies", to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 228, I ORDER to No.:

1. Bring in the Regulations on office of the private contractor approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 15, 2016 No. 3238/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 16, 2016 for No. 1487/29617, the following changes:

1) to add the Section I after Item 2 with new Item 3 following of content:

"3. Under the organization of office by the private contractor conditions for providing the equal rights and opportunities of persons with disability and other handicapped national groups shall be created.".

With respect thereto to consider Item 3 respectively item 4;

2) to add Item 5 of the Section II after paragraph two with the new paragraph third the following content:

"Sign with information, the working schedule and the schedule of acceptance of visitors if it is other than the working schedule, are duplicated by relief alphanumeric or relief and dot font (Braille's font).".
