About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

For the purpose of ensuring implementation of requirements of articles 2-1, 13-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate", the Law of Ukraine "About recognition voided the Law of Ukraine "About creation of the free economic zone Crimea and about features of implementation of economic activity in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" and modification of some legal acts of Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. According to the procedure of making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine, No. 296/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 for No. 282/20595:

The word "legislation" to replace 1) in item 4 of Chapter 1 of the Section I with the word "Law";

2) in Chapter 10 of the Section II:

add Item 2 with subitem 2.14 of the following content:

"2.14. If the inheritance was open in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol prior to temporary occupation and concerning which heritable case was registered in the Heritable register, but was not finished, the private notary (office of notary public) to whom (which) the heir for inheritance completion addressed, continues implementation of such heritable case based on the corresponding statement of the heir.
