About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of May 28, 2003 No. 151

According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to plant varieties", I ORDER to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the certificate on authorship to plant variety approved by the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of May 28, 2003 No. 151, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 11, 2003 for No. 470/7791 (further - the Provision), the following changes:

"Public service on protection of the rights to plant varieties of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine", the word "Gossortsluzhba" in all cases to replace 1) in the text of the Provision of the word with the word "Minagropolitiki" in the corresponding cases, "(selector)" in all cases to exclude the word;

Appendices 1, 3 to the Provision to be reworded as follows 2) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of agrarian development in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Taras Vysotsky.
