About modification of the Regulations on licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2020 No. 1529 "About licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 40, the Art. 6261).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting

1. In the subitem "an" of item 4 of the word "specified in the license" shall be replaced with words "the licenses provided by the register".

2. Items 6 - 8 to state in the following edition:

"6. For receipt of the license the license applicant submits in the licensing body the application for provision of the license and the documents specified in parts one and the second article 31.2 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About mass media".

The license applicant sends the statement for provision of the license and documents attached to it to the licensing body in the form of electronic documents (packet of the electronic documents) signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)".
