1. In Article 85:

- in the sanction of part of 1 word "to fifteen to twenty" shall be replaced with words "to thirty to forty";

- in the sanction of part "forty to fifty" shall be replaced with words 2 words "to seventy to eighty".

2. To add the name and disposition of part 1 of Article 128 and Article 131 after words of "psychotropic substances" with words ", their analogs".

3. In Article 474:
