Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 7, 2011 No. 416-FZ "About water supply and water disposal" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 50, Art. 7358; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7616, 7643; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2330; No. 52, Art. 6982; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3406; No. 42, Art. 5615; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6723; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4774; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4861; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188) following changes:

Part 2 of Article 4 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) approval of procedure for establishment of standard rates of losses of hot, drinking, technical water in centralized systems of water supply in case of its production and transportation.";

Part 1 of Article 5 to add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) establishment of standard rates of losses of hot, drinking, technical water in centralized systems of water supply in case of its production and transportation according to the procedure established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of housing and communal services;";

3) Article 32 to add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. When calculating rates in the field of water supply and water disposal standard rates of losses of hot, drinking, technical water in centralized systems of water supply in case of its production and transportation shall be considered.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Items 2 and 3 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Items 2 and 3 of article 1 of this Federal Law become effective since March 1, 2023.
