The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Accept in the procedure established by the legislation from utility property of akimat of the Karaganda region utility public institution "Ulytausky economy on forest conservation and fauna" Managements of natural resources and regulation of environmental management of the Karaganda region (further - KGU) in republican property and to transfer to the jurisdiction of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Rename utility public institution "Ulytausky economy on forest conservation and fauna" Managements of natural resources and regulation of environmental management of the Karaganda region into republican public institution "State national Ulytau natural park of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - organization).
3. Determine Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning organization.
4. To the ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and akimat of the Karaganda region to perform necessary actions for reception-transmission of KGU specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
2) to provide the state re-registration of organization in judicial authorities;
3) to take other measures following from this resolution.
5. Withdraw the parcels of land of KGU with a total area of 58 912 hectares from category of lands of forest fund.
