About modification of the Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2020 No. 1435 "About licensing of the activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, the Art. 6032).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function

1. Add Item 1 with words ", and procedure for federal state licensed control (supervision) of the activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function".

2. In Item 2:

a) the paragraph one to add with words "(further - the licensing body)";

b) add paragraph two with the words "for carrying out explosive works".

3. In the subitem "v" of Item 5 of the word "at the license applicant" shall be replaced with words "at the licensee".

4. In Item 6 of the word "established by part 11 of Article 19" shall be replaced with words "established by part 10 of Article 19.2".

5. In Item 7:
