DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About modification of the list of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their absence - the national (state) standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of packaging" (TR CU 005/2011) and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation

According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. The list of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their absence - the national (state) standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of packaging" (TR CU 005/2011) and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation, 12, to add No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 20, 2020 with line items 86-1 and 86-2 following of content:
