To add 1) with Article 7-1 of the following content:

"Article 7-1. Authorized Economic Operator

The legal entities meeting the relevant requirements established by the legislation can receive the status of Authorized Economic Operator.

The procedure for receipt of the status of Authorized Economic Operator, selection criteria for inclusion in the Register of Authorized Economic Operators and the list of the special simplified customs procedures performed by Authorized Economic Operator are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan keeps the Register of Authorized Economic Operators and provides its placement and updating at least once a month on the official website";

"e) concerning which necessary documents (except for documents of allowing nature) and data are not submitted";

add with the Item of the following content:

"g) issued before submission of the cargo customs declaration, and also placed in the corresponding customs regime with execution of the preliminary, temporary, incomplete or periodic cargo customs declaration";
