The purpose of this agreement is the construction and equipment of comprehensive schools, everyone on 330 student places, in the villages of Samarkandek of the Batken district and Margun of Leyleksky district of Batken Province (further - Objects) at the expense of means of the Uzbek side and voluntary conveyance of Objects to the Kyrgyz side in property.
Authorized bodies of the states of the Parties on implementation of provisions of this agreement are:
on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Office of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province;
on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Khokimiyat of the Fergana region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
