About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of monthly compensation payments to separate categories of citizens
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 30, 1994 N1110 "About Increase in the Amount of Compensation Payments to Separate Categories of Citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, N 6, the Art. 589) the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for appointment and payment of monthly compensation payments to separate categories of citizens.
2. Charge to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation to make the necessary explanations connected using the Procedure approved by this resolution together with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
Grant the right in education system, defenses, law-enforcement bodies and the Public fire service of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to make to emergency situations and natural disaster response explanations on application of the specified Procedure according to the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
