1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 1, 2021 No. 55 the following change:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. In the Ministry positions of deputy ministers, one of which is the first deputy minister, are provided. Deputy ministers are appointed to position and dismissed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the minister, submit directly to the minister and will organize activities of the Ministry within the obligations assigned to them.
The chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to relieve of the post deputy ministers without representation of the minister. Fulfillment of duties of the minister in its absence is assigned to the first deputy minister, and in case of its absence - to one of deputies.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
