About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 23, 2011 No. 1707/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2011 for No. 759/19497, the following changes:

1) in subitems 4. 4.26 items 4 of the word "concerning the public executive service" shall be replaced with words 23, "in the field of the organization of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials)";

Item 4 of the Standard regulations on management of ensuring forced execution of solutions of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 20, 2016 No. 1183/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 22, 2016 for No. 617/28747, to add with the new subitem 13 of the following content:
