About modification of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine of rather state support of the sphere of sport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make to the section V "Value added tax" of the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. To add the subitem "v" of Item 193.1 of Article 193 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"implementation of tickets for sporting events of All-Ukrainian and international levels".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the first following after month of publication of the Law.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts following from this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
