Violation by credit institution of the Russian Federation established by the legislation on state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings, about lotteries, about activities of foreign persons in Internet network in the territory of the Russian Federation to refuse to obligation carrying out transaction on transfer or cross-border transfer of money, including electronic money, or prohibition on the conclusion of the agreement, or rejection of measures for agreement cancelation if such prohibition or such requirement are established by the law, -
