Article 1

"2. The payment for technological accession of facilities for production of electrical energy is determined according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation or authorized federal executive body, including by means of application of the standardized tariff charges. The amount of payment for technological accession and (or) the size of the standardized tariff charges is determined proceeding from expenses on accomplishment of the actions which are subject to implementation by the network organization during technological accession including construction, reconstruction of objects of electric grid economy.

The payment for technological connection of power receiving devices and objects of electric grid economy can be established according to the specified principles and procedure for determination of payment for technological accession of facilities for production of electrical energy or by means of establishment of the amount of payment federal executive body in the field of regulation of rates or executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
