Article 1. Shall be replaced with words 1) in part two of article 29-1 of figure "202-1, 224-1" "202-1, parts three and the fourth Article 224-1";

Article 224-1 to add 2) with parts three and the fourth the following content:

"The foreign citizen or the stateless person in case of failure to pay penalty for violation of the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan established by part one of this Article is subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the subsequent restriction in the right to entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of one year.

The foreign citizen or the stateless person in case of further violation of the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan made within year after application of administrative punishment and failure to pay the penalty established by part two of this Article is subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the subsequent restriction in the right to entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of three years";

"Articles 222, 224-1, 224-2" shall be replaced with words 3) in part one of Article 245 of the word "Article 222, parts two, third and fourth Article 224-1, Article 224-2";

To add 4) with Article 248-2 of the following content:

"Article 248-2. Border troops of Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Cases on administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 224, part one of Article 224-1 of this Code are subordinated to border troops of Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Consider cases on administrative offenses and apply administrative punishments in the form of penalty on behalf of Border troops chiefs of divisions of Border troops of Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their deputies have the right";

The second articles 287 of figure "224-1, 224-2" shall be replaced with words 5) in Item "parts one and the second Article 224-1, Article 224-2, part one of Article 227-21, Article 227-23";

Shall be replaced with words 6) in the Item "e" of the first part of article 291 of figure "224-1, 224-2" "parts one and the second Article 224-1, Article 224-2, part one of Article 227-21, Article 227-23";

Figure "224-1" shall be replaced with words 7) in article 305 part three "parts one and the second Article 224-1";

8) in paragraph three of Article 346-1 of the word "Article 224-1" shall be replaced with words "parts three and the fourth Article 224-1";

"Committee on protection of Frontier" shall be replaced with words 9) in part two of Article 346-2 of the word "Border troops".

Article 2. To provide to service of state security, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested organizations execution, bringing to contractors and explanation among the population of essence and value of this Law.

Article 3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
