a) documents on assessment of conformity of products to the mandatory requirements established by the acts entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union), or the legislation of state member of the Union (further - state member), issued or accepted concerning products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of railway vehicles of the subway" (before the date of entry into force of the technical regulation, are valid TR EEU 052/2021) (further respectively - products, the technical regulation) before the termination of term of their action, but no later than 24 months from the effective date of the technical regulation.

From the effective date the technical regulation issue or adoption of documents on assessment of conformity of products to the mandatory requirements which are earlier established by the acts entering the right of the Union or the legislation of state member is not allowed;
