About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 concerning titanium oxides

According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Item 7 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Add subitem 7.1.26 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" the paragraph the second the following content:

"The titanium oxides classified by code 2823 00 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU, imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the effective date of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 7 till December 31, 2023 inclusive of no more than 360 tons annually and held for use in production of chemical fibers and threads on condition of provision in customs authorities of confirmation of purpose of the imported goods issued by regional executive committees of the Republic of Belarus in place of registration of the companies and containing data on quantity and cost of goods, and also on the organizations performing import of such goods.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
