For the purpose of increase in expense efficiency of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, strengthening of prevention of violations of the budget legislation and expansion of remote financial control, and also enhancement of activities of bodies of the state financial control:

1. To Audit Chamber, Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office (further - Department) and to services of internal audit of the ministries and departments to pay special attention first of all on prevention of violations of the budget legislation in the following directions:

the correct salary accrual and the payments equated to it in state-financed organizations;

carrying out monitoring of the construction works which are carried out on the objects included in the development program of social and production infrastructure, and carrying out in them control actions;

assessment of targeting and efficiency of the subsidies paid from budgets of budget system;

control of observance of the requirements established by acts of the legislation when implementing public procurements;

studying of effectiveness of the projects realized at the expense of public debt and grants.

To Audit Chamber, Department, services of internal audit of the ministries and departments since 2022 to bring annual programs of examinations into accord with the priority directions provided by this Item. At the same time to pay special attention:

to carrying out permanent monitoring of management of budgetary funds and conducting budget accounting in state-financed organizations by means of the special automated software products;

to reducing ineffective audits with simultaneous increase in efficiency of checks of state-financed organizations by broad application of remote control, determination of objects checks by means of modern information technologies and databases are also more whole.
