About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2017 No. 67

Based on paragraph one of subitem 6.35 of Item 6 and part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2017 No. 67, the following changes:

"The legal executive changes the collection amount within the initiated enforcement proceeding about what issues the decree on change of the amount of collection, in the following cases:

in case of presentation to execution of the executive document issued by results of consideration of the application about indexation of the amount;

in case of presentation to execution of the court order, the body conducting administrative process about change of the amount of administrative punishment;

in case of receipt of the statement of the claimant for collection of the next payments on account of debt repayment according to the executive document according to which the act of the legislation provided extension of the deadline for executing, in connection with non-execution by the debtor of conditions of payment by installments in case of approach of the next payment due date.";
