1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 27, 2013 No. 317 "About regulations of food and cash expense rates on food of students, and also participants of educational actions from among persons studying in organizations of education":

subitem 1.8 of Item 1 after words "gymnasiums nursing homes" to add with words of "the students living in";

in Item 2:

in subitem 2.1:

state part one in the following edition:

"2.1. when providing with one meal a day at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets of the students specified in the paragraph the second Item 3, items 4 and 6 Regulations on catering services of the students getting the general secondary, vocational education at the level of the general secondary education approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2019 No. 694, the size of cash expense rate on food constitute 60 percent from the corresponding cash expense rate on food approved according to subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of this resolution.";
