Authorize Management of the interstate property relations and investing activities in case of receipt of relevant proposals to carry out work concerning creation in the territory of Ukraine of economic societies based on the property of the companies, organizations and organizations of the former allied subordination located in Ukraine, taking into account provisions of agreements between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia about mutual recognition of the rights and regulation of the relations of property.
