About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About professional education"

Being guided by Item 1 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie DECIDES: Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. In Article 9.6.4 of the word "the right to education is granted" to replace with the word "educations;".

2. Add with Articles 9.6. 5, 9.12 and 14.4-1 following contents:

"9.6.5. senior secondary education along with high technical professional education.";

"9.12. Institutions of higher education consider the credits which are saved up by the graduates subbachelors who successfully ended the level of high technical professional education in organizations of professional education on the specialties corresponding to bachelor degree level according to article 20.3-2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education.";

"14.4-1. The state document on professional education on the level of high technical professional education grants the right to receipt in institution of higher education and it is considered the basis for receipt of the higher education at the following step of education.".
