About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2020 No. 9 "About the taxation" the following changes:
exclude Item 1;
the fourth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the rate of ecological tax is established in the amount of 0, ruble for movement of 1 ton of oil of 100 kilometers and 0 rubles for movement of 1 ton of oil products of 100 kilometers;".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022.
