About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2008 No. 102/197 "About transfer and use of information from the republican database of the automated Passport system;
the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2009 No. 66/169 "About procedure for provision to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of information containing in individual personal account of insured person".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
