About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to development department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

If it is impossible to remove stress from air-line, then to work at the mentioned machines in the conservation zone it is allowed provided that the distance from lifting or sliding part of the construction machine in any its provision to the vertical plane formed by the projection to the earth of the next wire which is energized, shall be at least:

1) m 1,5 - for air-line of electricity transmission up to 1 kV;

2) 2 m - for air-line of electricity transmission of 1-20 kV;

3) 4 m - for air-line of electricity transmission of 35-110 kV;

4) 5 m - for air-line of electricity transmission of 150-220 kV;

5) 6 m - for air-line of electricity transmission of 330 kV;

6) 9 m - for air-line of electricity transmission of 500-750 kV of alternating current;

7) 9 m - for air-line of electricity transmission of 800 kV of direct current.
