About transfer to the reserve and appeal on compulsory military service, service in reserve

For the purpose of maintenance of combat readiness of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Transfer to the reserve the military personnel of compulsory military service and reservists who served fixed terms of military service, service in reserve.
2. Call up in February-May, 2022 for compulsory military service, service in reserve of citizens of the male Republic of Belarus which by day of appeal performed 18 years (further - citizens) and who have no right to draft deferment, the citizens of military age who lost the right to delay, and also to service in reserve of citizens from among students of the 1st rate of the institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus of agricultural profile having the right to draft deferment for continuation of education and which showed willingness to pass such service.
3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom accomplishment of the actions connected with appeal of citizens on compulsory military service, service in reserve according to acts of the legislation.
4. Send to the Ministry of Defence within number (appendix) *:
till June 1, 2022 - the citizens who are called up for compulsory military service, service in reserve in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Belarus;
till August 1, 2022 - citizens from among students of the 1st rate of the institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus of agricultural profile called on service in reserve in Armed Forces.

Determine that victims of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP the citizens who are called up for compulsory military service go to the military units and forming which are not in the territory of radioactive pollution are appointed to the military positions which are not connected with works on operation of sources of ionizing radiation and ultrahigh frequencies.
