About measures by training of the protected natural territories in system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection

In the republic there are rare and endangered species of animal and flora, unique and valuable natural objects and complexes included in "Red List" which preserving and recovery is important.
For the purpose of expansion of the area of the protected natural territories, preserving and recovery of the natural objects and complexes, and also rare and endangered species of animal and flora having ecological value:
1. Approve offers of the State committee on ecology and environmental protection (further - Goskomecologies), Committee on development of silkworm breeding and the woolen industry and khokimiyat of the Navoiy region:
about return to reserve 694 205,5 hectares of land in Uchkuduksky district and 40 000 hectares of land in Tamdynsky district belonging to Committee on development of silkworm breeding and woolen industry on the basis of the right of permanent ownership, for the purpose of formation of the protected natural territories;
about formation of the National natural park "Central Kyzyl Kum" with a total area of 1 200 000 hectares in Uchkuduksky district and the National park of Aktau-Tamdy with a total area of 40 000 hectares in Tamdynsky district in the form of the public nature protection institution.
