About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2021 No. 657

In pursuance of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2021 "About rendering humanitarian support to the population of certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine" the Government of the Russian Federation decides No. 657:

1. Approve enclosed:

paragraph two of ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.12.2024 No. 1875

the list of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation through which movement of goods in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic or from the specified states without application of quantitative restrictions of export and import is performed.

2. Recognize in the Russian Federation valid the certificates of origin issued by authorized bodies (organizations) of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, constituted in the form established by the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin which are integral part of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009 and according to the criteria of determination of the country of goods' origin provided by the specified Rules.

3. To federal executive bodies by preparation of drafts of legal acts of the Russian Federation about introduction of quantitative restrictions of export and commodity import to consider provisions of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 2 weeks time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
