1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Requirements to the information security containing in databases of the state information systems" of November 21, 2017 No. 762 the following changes:

1) in Item 5 of the word "State Committee of Information Technologies and Bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic";

2) in Requirements to the information security containing in databases of the state information systems approved by the specified resolution:

- state Item 79 in the following edition:

"79. The system software is acquired by state body, local government body, the organization according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public procurements or loaded on free basis with observance of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on copyright, and also conditions of licenses for the loaded system software.";

- declare Item 80 invalid.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
