About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About effective management of property rights of owners in the field of copyright and (or) the related rights" on ensuring collection of the income from the right with the organizations of collective management

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item 3-2 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About effective management of property rights of owners in the field of copyright and (or) the related rights" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 32, Art. 242; 2020, 43, 371) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"3-2. The organizations of collective management entered in the Register of the organizations of collective management have the right to temporarily exercise voluntary collective control based on the property rights provided to them by owners in the field of expanded collective management, the part five of article 12 of this Law provided by subitems 1 and (or) 2 of the paragraph of third, by the conclusion of the contract with users on the terms of the rate determined by the organization of collective management for such agreements without application of procedure for establishment of rates, the stipulated in Article 20 these Laws according to the works included in the catalog of this organization of collective management, but not longer than 60 days from the date of the publication on the official website of Organization of the announcement of Organization of settlement of a tariff in corresponding from the specified spheres by results of approval by negotiations or determined by court".
