Article 1

The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 685; 2006, No. 11, Article 932; 2007, No. 5, Article 442, No. 11, Article 1053; 2016, No. 6, Article 969, No. 12, Article 1989; 2017, No. 3, Article 346, No. 6, Articles 1024, 1046, No. 7, article 1266, No. 12 (I book), Article 2255; 2018, No. 6, Article 1161; 2019, No. 4, Article 588, No. 7, Article 1177, No. 12, Article 1882; No. 8, Article 1012) to add 2020, with Articles 32.3 and 33.1.9-6 of the following content:

"32.3. The relations connected with use of telecommunication networks of operators or providers by the organizer of lottery the established Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries", and the operator of sports totalizators, the established Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About physical culture and sport", are regulated by the agreement signed between them.";

"33.1.9-6. take in the procedure established by the law measures for prevention of the organization and carrying out gamblings, the organizations of sale and (or) sale of tickets for participation in gamblings, and also participation in gamblings by means of telecommunication services, including access for organizers of foreign lotteries and operators of sports totalizators, and also their sellers on virtual environment from the territory of the country;".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
