About procedure for appointment and pension payment on favorable terms and the amount of compensations on labor mutilation to employees of liquidated enterprises

For the purpose of social support of persons which developed preferential years of service according to the List No. 2 at the companies entering the PESAC program and in textile production of persons receiving compensation payments on compensation of damage on labor mutilation or occupational disease at these companies and at other companies liquidated till 1996 without legal successor and without capitalization of means, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine that before adoption of the relevant laws financing of pensions according to the List No. 2 and in textile production to persons which developed required years of service at the companies entering the PESAC program and at the companies liquidated till 1996 without legal successor and without capitalization of means, and also compensations on compensation of damage to persons who sustained labor injuries or occupational disease and the family members who lost the supporter for these reasons at these companies is performed from the republican budget.

2. Establish since January 1, 2007 compensation payments on labor mutilations in the following sizes:

- to disabled people of the I group - SZP: 3 x 80%;

- to disabled people of the II group - SZP: 3 x 60%;

- to disabled people of III group - SZP: 3 x 40%;

- to persons which lost professional working capacity without group of disability - SZP: 3 x 35%;

- to persons who lost the supporter who made payments for labor mutilation - SZP: 3 x 35%;

where: SZP - the size of the average monthly salary on the republic for previous year according to official figures National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;

80%, 60%, 40% - degree of disability of disabled people respectively I-III groups;

35% - degree of disability of the persons which lost professional working capacity without group of disability and who lost the supporter who made payments for labor mutilation.
