About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 66

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 66 "About approval of the Instruction about payment procedure of the budget obligations assumed by receivers of budgetary funds, and obligations assumed by receivers of budget funds of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. to state the name, preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"About payment procedure of the budget obligations assumed by receivers of budgetary funds and receivers of means of budgets of state non-budgetary funds
Based on part five of Item 1 of Article 23, of Item 2 of Article 102 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about payment procedure of the budget obligations assumed by receivers of budgetary funds and by receivers of means of budgets of state non-budgetary funds it (is applied).";
1.2. exclude Item 2;
1.3. in the Instruction about payment procedure of the budget obligations assumed by receivers of budgetary funds, and obligations assumed by receivers of budget funds of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
state the name in the following edition:
"The instruction about payment procedure of the budget obligations assumed by receivers of budgetary funds and receivers of means of budgets of state non-budgetary funds";
to state part one of Item 1 in the following edition:
