About modification of the Regulations on the Disciplinary commission of private contractors

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Disciplinary commission of private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 27, 2017 No. 3791/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2017 for No. 1442/31310, the following changes:

"In case of need by the private contractor, and also other persons invited to meeting of the Disciplinary commission written explanations and other documents (materials) on questions which became the basis for introduction of representation for their consideration at meeting of the Disciplinary commission and familiarizing with materials of disciplinary case can be submitted. In that case written explanations and other documents (materials) shall be provided on the e-mail address of the secretary of the Disciplinary commission not later than one day about day of holding meeting of the Disciplinary commission.";
